How To Submit Photos for the Memphis HOG Website

Been on a good ride?  Have some good pictures of a HOG event that you would like published in the Photo Album of our website?  Please follow the below guidelines when submitting photos:

1.     Adult Pictures - Adult or Offensive pictures will not be published on the Memphis HOG website. Keep in mind that this website is open to the public and can be viewed by minors so don't send us anything to publish that you wouldn't want your young daughter to see.

2.      Picture Format - All pictures submitted for the website must be in either .JPG or .GIF format.

3.      Picture Size - All pictures submitted for the website must be NO LARGER THAN 640x480 in size. Any pictures submitted larger than this will not be posted.

4.      E-mail Them - You can email your photo submission to the Photographer Lisa Patton.  Please include a brief description of the event, date of the event and the name of the photographer. Also due to e-mail restrictions please do not attach more than thirty (30) pictures per e-mail.

5.   Photos on CD - For large photo galleries, you can burn the collection to a CD and then contact the webmaster to make arrangements for the photographer to get the CD.

6.      Disclosure - All pictures will be subject to review by Memphis HOG officers and all or part of your photo collection may be rejected for any reason. Additionally any pictures that are submitted become the property of the Memphis HOG Chapter.
